IMP Training

IMP Training is part of the global Haas network of Technical Education Centers (HTEC). IMP Training was established by IMP in 2023, with the aim of increasing the number of skilled workers available to meet the critical need in the growing manufacturing industry.

IMP a fast growing startup that designs and manufactures machinery parts and products for domestic and international customers.

IMP Training's mission is to provide collaborative spaces in which we jointly develop, deliver and distribute the best educational methods and techniques for CNC education and provide industry standard machinery and training at an affordable cost to support growth and advancement of the manufacturing industry.

We want to foster the upskilling of workers in the manufacturing industry and transform CNC classrooms into modern, high-tech manufacturing labs that encourage students to pursue successful careers in CNC and advanced manufacturing technologies, as well ensure that these students are well equipped and ready to work when they enter the workforce.

IMP Training are:

In Kosovo, Haas has licensed IMP and its training center as strategic allies, to create the first HTEC in Kosovo and the Balkans. In general, the goals and objectives of IMP Training are:

  • Collaborative Space: The center's mission includes creating a modern, high-tech collaborative space where educators and industry professionals work together to develop, deliver and share the best educational methods and techniques for CNC education. This collaborative approach also ensures that the curriculum is relevant.
  • Industry State of the Art Machinery and Training: IMP Training is committed to providing industry standard CNC machinery and training at an affordable cost. This objective makes advanced manufacturing education accessible to a wider range of students and institutions.
  • Increasing qualified graduates: IMP Training aims to increase the number of qualified graduates who are well prepared to fill critical positions in manufacturing industry.
  • Upskilling of workers: One of the main goals is to promote the upskilling of workers in the manufacturing industry. This is important to keep the industry competitive and to ensure that workers are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
