The Haas Technical Education Community (HTEC) is a worldwide partnership program founded by Haas Automation, Inc. IMP Training is part of HTEC, as the first representative in the Balkans.

Haas Automation, Inc. is an American machine tool builder headquartered in Oxnard, California. The company designs and manufactures machine tools and specialized accessories, primarily computer numerically controlled (CNC) equipment. An analysis of the QS (Quacquarelli Symonds) World University Rankings shows that 21 of the top 25 universities in the world use Haas CNC machine tools.

HTEC is designed to transform CNC classrooms into high-tech, state-of-the-art manufacturing labs that provide the best possible CNC education.

Today, HTEC lists 102 training centers in 28 European countries and 150 training centers worldwide. Each HTEC is the culmination of Haas' cooperation with local educational institutions (universities, colleges, etc.) or private companies.
